Nice experience there. A wide range of HEALTHY food for meals. Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and a fridge, a dining area, and a writing table in the room. Pretty friendly, polite staff towards all guests.

The young lady at the front desk, Agnes, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The room was comfortable, airy, and bright, with modern furnishings and a perfectly working shower. The courtyard added a peaceful touch. The studio was well-equipped with kitchen amenities, and the staff even provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea.

As a senior woman, I loved the elegant and charming decoration of Les Cles Du 27 Paris. The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access to the main areas and amenities, making it convenient for me to get around.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff in addressing specific needs for senior people. While the children working there were friendly and helpful in general, it would have been nice if they had been more proactive in accommodating the specific needs of older guests.

Safe location, close to Parc Monceau, pleasant running distance to Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero, well-equipped compact apartment, charming courtyard entrance.
